IN-HOME or OFFICE SERVICE CALLS: (Within 20 Miles of Decorah, Iowa)

• $65.00 for 1st hour plus $25 Trip Charge; $65.00/additional hours -

• Additional miles over 20 from Ossian - add $.65/mile for each additional mile from Ossian ($.65/mile each way.)

CONSULTATION/TRAINING

• In Home: $65.00 1st hour plus $25 trip charge, $65.00 per additional hour (mileage charges will apply over 20 miles.)

• In Store: Set up an appointment and bring your computer or use ours. $65.00 per hour.

AFTER HOURS / EXPEDITED / EMERGENCY CALLS

Expedited Service or After Hours - Expedited response to your computer repair - We will respond within 2 hours of your call (if possible) - $130.00 plus mileage and trip charge for 1st hour (minimum charge) plus $130.00/additional hours.
